* Add utility class for managing templates

* Register custom pdf template views location

* Update the make:template command to make use of PdfTemplateUtils

* Update PDF invoice/estimate template controllers

* Register pdf_templates filesystem disk

* Remove unused leftovers

* Reformat with pint
