Create BaseCustomTag (dynamic tag render), BaseFormatMoney, BaseHeading, BaseScrollPane, BaseDescriptionList/Item, BaseLabel, BaseCustomerSelectInput, BaseSpinner, BaseRating, and status label components. Register all renamed v2 components under their old Base* names (BaseInputGroup->FormGroup, BasePage->Page, BaseTable->DataTable, etc.) so templates resolve correctly.
