Replace DashboardActionsBar with DrawerActionsBar in all drawer action bars
for consistency with the design system:
- ContactDetailActionsBar
- CustomerDetailsActionsBar
- VendorCreditDetailActionsBar
- TaxRateDetailsContentActionsBar
