Ahmed Bouhuolia dcf63502b7 fix(webapp): resolve TypeScript errors across components and financial statements ...

Remove @ts-nocheck directives and add proper type annotations to webapp
components including FinancialSheet, DialogReduxConnect, AccountDrawer,
and 40+ financial statement files. Also fixes Bill GL tax entries,
TaxRate API response structure, and SDK schema definitions.
