* feat: helper functions for RLS

* Add function to inject RLS

* Add UNION tests

* Add tests for schema

* Add more tests; cleanup

* has_table_query via tree traversal

* Wrap existing predicate in parenthesis

* Clean up logic

* Improve table matching
