Evan 11aacbbe52 feat(maps): Add Italy regions and autonomous provinces country map ...

Introduces an "Italy (regions and autonomous provinces)" variant that
replaces the Trentino-Alto Adige region with the Trento and Bozen
(Bolzano) autonomous provinces, since many administrative matters in
Italy are handled at that finer level.

Rebases and re-generates the original contribution through the
Country Map GeoJSON Generator notebook, as required for country map
additions.

Supersedes #33562
