Evan 3b96e90cdb fix(deck.gl): align legend slice_id key and tighten test typing ...

Use the canonical snake_case `slice_id` in the categorical legend path so
legend swatches resolve from the same per-slice color scale as the rendered
features. Replace `any` annotations in the Multi color test with concrete
captured-layer types and add color_breakpoints coverage to addColor.test.ts.
