Ships the full extensions/chat reference implementation that exercises the chatbot extension platform end-to-end: activation lifecycle and master disposable (teardown contract), React error boundary (fault isolation), mock streaming with AbortController cancellation, commands registration, and the pageContext helper that composes host namespaces.
