Evan Rusackas 8a0945f4fb chore(lint): convert Storybook stories and shared utils to function components

Converts all .stories.tsx files across plugins and packages, plus
shared .storybook/shared utilities, from class components to function
components. No functional changes — purely structural cleanup.

@superset-ui/legacy-plugin-chart-parallel-coordinates

This plugin provides Parallel Coordinates for Superset.

Usage

Configure key, which can be any string, and register the plugin. This key will be used to lookup this chart throughout the app.

import ParallelCoordinatesChartPlugin from '@superset-ui/legacy-plugin-chart-parallel-coordinates';

new ParallelCoordinatesChartPlugin()
  .configure({ key: 'parallel-coordinates' })
  .register();

Then use it via SuperChart. See storybook for more details.
