Housekeeping ahead of the 7.0 release: re-run the Country Map GeoJSON
Generator notebook end-to-end against current Natural Earth data and
the pinned geopandas/shapely/pyogrio versions, so every country's map
reflects the same generation environment rather than a mix of
whatever was current when each was last regenerated. Coordinate/vertex
differences are simplification/precision drift from the refreshed
toolchain, not deliberate geometry edits.

Also ports the Iran ISO 3166-2 fix from #42439 into the notebook
(Alborz -> IR-30, Razavi Khorasan -> IR-09) so this regeneration
doesn't reintroduce that bug. Once #42439 merges, rebasing this
branch should collapse that hunk to a no-op.
