sadpandajoeandClaude Sonnet 5 edb9f82c90 fix(echarts): resolve legacy/undefined bar value labels to Outside End, not Auto

DEFAULT_FORM_DATA.valueLabelPosition and transformProps' fallback both
defaulted to Auto, so every existing Bar chart with Show Value on and no
saved valueLabelPosition silently switched into Auto's fit-aware
placement (and its sub-16px label suppression on stacked segments) even
though the PR description promised existing charts keep their current
Outside End placement. Default legacy/undefined resolution to Outside
End so Auto stays an explicit opt-in via the Value label position
control.
