* Scope SnapTrade orphan cleanup to current family

Restrict orphaned user listing and deletion to SnapTrade user IDs that belong to the current family namespace. Add model tests to prevent cross-family enumeration/deletion regressions.

* Update test/models/snaptrade_item_test.rb
