Update the navigation path to match Wise's documentation:

https://docs.wise.com/guides/developer/auth-and-security/personal-api-token#create-a-personal-api-token

* Add Wise token instructions for supported locales

* Keep Wise menu labels in English

* Use Wise menu labels only in token instructions

* Use informal German Wise token instruction
