183e2f4c8c test(gauge): E2E that gauge paints configured interval colors on a dashboard (#28766) 
Regression test for #28766: a Gauge with interval bounds + interval colors
sometimes renders the wrong interval colors when first loaded on a dashboard
(a refresh fixes it). The gauge draws to a canvas, so this Playwright spec reads
pixels back and asserts the configured color-scheme indices are painted: with
supersetColors and interval_color_indices '1,2' it requires the 1st (#1FA8C9)
and 2nd (#454E7C) palette colors to be present and the 3rd (#5AC189) to be
absent (a shifted/fallback palette would fail).

Closes #28766
