* Mixed TimeSeries:

- When Bar chart is used as serie type, we need to hide values that are greater than the max Y Axis Bound.

* Mixed Time Series:

- Simplify logic for getOverMaxHiddenFormatter

* Mixed Time Series:

- Add tests for new getOverMaxHiddenFormatter util func
