Enzo Martellucci 4caa8bea9d fix(dashboard-v2): apply the add-picker echo fix to ReferenceMultiList too
The Metrics/Dimensions "Add field" select had the same rc-select echo
gap the per-series overrides picker was built to avoid: a controlled
value of undefined doesn't stop the just-picked label from lingering.
Same fix as SeriesOverridesControl's picker — remount via key, value
null — applied here for consistency across the whole panel.

Impeccable polish pass over the four landed fixes: re-ran the source
detector (still 0 findings), a full live walkthrough, and the test
suite 3x for determinism. Two items from the critique are deliberately
left open: the first-run raw-JSON empty state (P2, out of the P0/P1
scope the user chose) and a detector-flagged low-contrast pair on
colorErrorText, which is a global theme token affecting more than this
panel and not a fix to make silently in a narrow refinement.
