Amin Ghadersohi d2a5b564ca fix(mcp): update chart config coercion tests for shared validate_names ...

Rebase fallout: master added tests importing _validate_names directly
from query_dataset.py, but this branch had already extracted that
function into the shared superset.mcp_service.utils.query_utils
module as validate_names(). Point the tests at the shared function
instead of re-adding the now-removed local copy.
