* Fetch tagged commit before pushing release branch

* Old `azure/setup-helm`

* `grep` failure with `pipefail` bypasses the user-friendly error message

* `gh-pages` push lacks retry logic

* Auto-incremented chart tag collision

* `grep -Ev` pipeline will crash

* Missed one
